1. Eligibility
Because most of our bags are custom-made, returns are limited to:
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong product delivered
- Major quality issues verified by our team
Custom-printed, branded, or personalized bags cannot be returned unless defective.
2. Return Window
Return requests must be raised within 3–7 days of receiving the product.
3. Conditions for Return
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Clear photos/videos must be provided for verification
- Return shipping costs may apply unless defect is confirmed
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the product, refunds are processed within 7–14 days
- Refunds are issued via bank transfer
- For replacement, new production time applies
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom printed bags
- Used/damaged bags caused by customer
- Clearance/discounted bulk orders
