Return Policy

1. Eligibility

Because most of our bags are custom-made, returns are limited to:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Major quality issues verified by our team

Custom-printed, branded, or personalized bags cannot be returned unless defective.

2. Return Window

Return requests must be raised within 3–7 days of receiving the product.

3. Conditions for Return
  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Clear photos/videos must be provided for verification
  • Return shipping costs may apply unless defect is confirmed
4. Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect the product, refunds are processed within 7–14 days
  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer
  • For replacement, new production time applies
5. Non-Returnable Items
  • Custom printed bags
  • Used/damaged bags caused by customer
  • Clearance/discounted bulk orders
