1. Shipping Coverage
We ship across:
- All states in India
- International destinations
2. Shipping Methods
Depending on the order type and destination:
- Courier (DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery, etc.)
- Transport agencies (by road)
- Air freight(for export & domestic orders)
- Sea freight (for export orders)
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, volume, destination, and shipping mode.
- Charges are typically borne by the buyer unless otherwise discussed.
4. Transit Time
- Domestic deliveries: 7–10 working days (after dispatch)
- International shipping: 30–45 days by Sea.
- International shipping: 5 to 7 days by Air.
Transit delays by courier/logistics companies are not under our control.
5. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, we provide:
- Tracking number
- Transport LR number
- Forwarder details (for export)
6. Damage or Missing Shipments
If goods arrive damaged:
- Domestic shipment = Report within 24–48 hours with photos/videos
- International Sea Shipment = Submit a claim form to the shipping company or carrier usually within 60 days of delivery.
- International Air Shipment = File a claim within 7 days of shipment with supporting documents.
We assist in follow-up but are not responsible for courier mishandling unless insured.
