• This website is intended for B2B and bulk order customers.
• We reserve the right to modify content, pricing, and policies anytime.

2. Products & Customization

• All jute, cotton, juco, and canvas bags are made on order.
• Custom printing, sizes, designs, and features are subject to client specifications.
• Minor variations in color, texture, print alignment, and size (±5–10%) may occur due to handmade/natural processes.

3. Pricing

• Prices depend on size, GSM, fabric, printing, and quantity.
• Bulk discounts apply based on volume.
• Prices may change without prior notice unless a quotation is already confirmed.

4. Orders & Payment Terms

• Orders are processed only after advance payment (typically 50%).
• Balance must be paid before dispatch unless agreed otherwise.
• Custom orders cannot be canceled once production begins.

5. Lead Time

• Standard production: 7–25 working days
• Bulk/export orders: 30–45 working days
• Lead time may vary based on quantity and customization.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping charges are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
• Once handed over to courier/transport, transit delays are beyond our control.
• International shipping may involve customs duties payable by the buyer.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, images, designs, and text on this website are owned by Prabhuecobags.
• Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Delays caused by transport/logistics partners
• Damage during transit (unless insured shipment)
• Incorrect usage or handling of bags
• Losses resulting from inaccuracies in customer-provided artwork or specifications

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata/West Bengal.
